CUPIMAR is the Company that breed and raise the Soleé sole. Focused in the marine aquaculture for more than 30 years, CUPIMAR make the most with the resources from the national park “Bahía de Cádiz”, where our facilities are placed and the Soleé sole stand out for its sustainability.
The marine aquaculture takes place inside the national parks in harmony with the environment, observing such the quality of the production as the settings, one of the keys that makes Soleé soles the European lead in the marine aquaculture production.
In CUPIMAR, we have the advantage of the priceless resources. In the national park “Bahía de Cadiz”, from the salt marshlands, we use the seawater filtered for our facilities of the higher quality, without variations during the year. This way we can develop a marine aquaculture unique in Europe.
